Scrollbars

Is it just me where when you go to type a question (or answer) there are scroll bars to the right and bottom of the box? If it's just me how do I get rid of them?

I only get them if there is a link somewhere in the answer

It's not in the answer itself (and apologies not in the answer box at all) it only happens if I ask a new question, when I click in the title bar and the box comes up for me to put the main question in; it's that box that has the scroll bars, even before I've typed anything.

Hmm, must just be me then, our kitten's been walking on my keyboard lots so it's possible she's managed to change some setting!
