a) Taking the 0 as Nought, they're numbers that contain the letter N, so it could be One or Eleven

b) It could be a zig-zag trail, last letter being first letter of next - Seven-Nine-Eleven-Nought=Ten

Still, it could be just numerical, and nothing to do with the spelling. If so, I've no idea.

Or even Seven-Nought-Ten-Nine-Eight but I like the letter N ones better.

Using Tommo's N theory , 19 continues an anticlockwise pattern of numbers beginning N whilst satisfying clockwise numbers ending N . But it's all rather woolly .
