Im no tea expert so usually pick up whichever brand is cheapest (but not value supermarket as thats horrible). Poundland always have Typhoo 100 teabag packs on sale and my question is, how good is Typhoo? Which are the better tasting teas out there?

I like

Typhoo
PG Tips
Tetley
Sainsburys Red Label at a big push

I usually use tea bags but occasionally use loose tea of the above if I'm making spiced tea or a pot of tea

Compared to all others, to me Typhoo has an unpleasant, oily taste. This is not the case with Lidl's Gold, so don't knock that. If you want a real tea company, try Whittard. If you don't have a shop nearby, they sell online.
If you live up north there's nothing beats Rington's. The tea man comes round but also some small shops stock it. Another I like is Yorkshire Tea.
I'm not keen on Typhoo.
Yorkshire tea and they do one for hard water .Best cuppa I reckon .Closely followed by Sainsburys Assam .
I like Redbush tea too and the Lidls one is best especially the orange flavour one .
I like twinings, PG tips or tetley!
BEADY how are you petal

soz I dont drink tea just spotted my wee matey pal lol
I love Jacksons darjeeling, yorkshire tea, or Novus darjeeling black tea. but we all have different taste buds so try them all, good luck, Ray
Love earl grey tea!!!
try the Co-op 99 fairtrade ..
really nice taste ...
I don't drink tea but Mr Spudqueen swears by Yorkshire Gold.

Thanks to all for your thoughts. So it seems like Typohho is not that popular. PG Tips and ********* tea are quite recommended. I might try that Lidl gold if I can get to a Lidl sometime.
