Does anyone know where I can get an ice cream cone maker from?

If you mean the ordinary wafer cones, they sell big packs in most supermarkets. I'm intrigued as to why you want to make them yourself Quinny?

You'd have to make a tremendous amount of cones to make it worthwhile buying a machine. You can get a cone frame to wrap the wafer around as it dries.
