my 15month old grandson screams for most of the day and night,his scream is such a pitch it hurts our ears.he screams for every reason,happy,sad,wants,doesnt want,frustration,tiredness anything and everything.what can we do to try and stop this,it must hurt him the noise is so loud and shrill people think he is in pain though he is not.help
