Sunday. The moon is shining in a clear sky. I hope it turns out warm like yesterday. Not that I have much to do, it's just nice to see the sun, isn't it. Also some more rugby to be watched, 1430, BBC One if you're interested. The only other decision to be made is what to have for lunch.
Have a happy day everyone.

Morning Boaty, you were up and about early. My food decions for today are beans on toast for breakfast and steak and chips for dinner.

Morning tony. Yes, I woke up early and couldn't get off again.
Sounds like a decent menu to me!
Morning.

Not a good day for me. It's the anniversary of my dads death. I'm always very sad today and now I can't even see my kids which makes me sadder.
Rarely do I go a hole night without waking once or twice, normally needing a pee, but going back to sleep is no problem.

I have to get up for a wee too. But once the body has decided it's time to get up, that's it, doesn't matter what I think!
At least you have a recliner that you can have a doze on later.
My nephew heard me get up and came in to give me a cuddle. That was sweet.

I have indeed Tony. I'll, b e on it to watch the rugby.
ummmm that is a memory that will stay with you for ever, treasure it. :o}
Question Author
ummmm it reminds me of when my two sons were little. At bed time I had to carry them upstairs, one over my shoulder, the other under my arm, treasured memories. :o}
I miss those days, Boaty. Having adult children sometimes makes me feel redundant. I've just got the cat to look after now, he's a bit a grumpy so and so.
Question Author
I agree ummmm, but, like me, you have the memories. They are priceless.
The dog used to get up onto my lap for a cuddle too, then settle down alongside my left thigh and goo to sleep. So often it was me, the two boys and the dog all cuddled up in my armchair. :o}
Never had any children, my wife didn't want any. My surrogates were my nieces and nephews.
Good morning all
Morning danny
My cat doesn't like to be touched. He might grace us with 30 seconds and then just sits and stares at us like we're squatters in his house.

He's not actually my cat, he's my sons cat! My son is at uni obviously couldn't take him.
ummmm, your sons cat probably thinks you are squatting, is he affectionate to your son?
Gorgeous here x
