I know 8 days isn't a long time but it's not like Togo to miss TWO 'Saturday Punt' threads? Last active on 18th Oct. Anyone any ideas. Hope all's well with him and his family.

I remember him saying he was away at the beginning of the month and was glad to be back.
Hopefully all is well.
Maybe one of his Horses came in first and he is off celebrating.
Thanks for the concern Ken. Had a bit if a week or so but am now getting along just fine. It all started Thursday 17th With a bit of "pain" in my right side. By Friday the 18th I was a lovely jaundiced hue and the "pain" had become excruciating. Cue a fast trip to A&E with a letter from my GP. Things got worse after that. By 6pm Friday I was unconscious and by Saturday was in a HDU facility with an infected Bile duct. Turns out that having your gall bladder removed is no guarantee of never having or not having retained gall stones in a bile duct. Laugh..........You Wouldn't. I finished my NHS "trip" last thursday morning and am now on the up. But I feel like I played in both the brilliant England wins. Situation normal now Ken. Done no Fantasy Footy or ITV7 or a punt. The sites didn't like the security on this server and I couldn't be bothered at the time to bypass it but I will if I don't get sent home by midweek.
Ooft, now that is an excellent excuse for being absent. Will take you a wee while to recover . ( unfortunately I know too much about ( damaged bile ducts ) ,take it easy .
Sorry to hear about your recent 'episode', Togo. Just wishing you a continued recovery and no more gallstones.
Take care.
get well soon togo
Very painful.
Ouch!
I was aware that you could still get gall stones after the gallbladder had been removed, my surgeon told me !
I don’t think it’s very well known though.
Feel better soon
Cheers guys. On the up now. Got the iplayer up and running as well, and am playing Sounds of the Seventies with Johnnie Walker. Oh you Pretty thing went down a storm on the ward, and I "fixed" the TV.
Get well Togo
Sorry to hear that, Togo. Glad you're on the mend. Take it easy.
Very best wishes Togo for a speedy full recovery. All the best to one of the best. :-)
Wishing you a speedy recovery Togo
Sorry to see you've been unwell, I hope your recovery continues comfortably.
All the best to you Togo, hope that you have a full speedy recovery.

You didn't miss much with Saturday's ITV7 as the meetings at Doncaster and Newbury were abandoned due to the weather.

Sounds like you're improving. All the best.
Sorry to hear you have been unwell, hope your recovery continues at a great pace.
