Wednesday. Is it finished yet? Nah. I'm out today, so it should be finished tomorrow. I've said that before though, haven't I!

Im taking my lovely friend to the Helicopter Museum at Weston-super-Mare today. I haven't been there for a long time. I'm looking forward to it. So I shall be away at 0800.

It's warmer that expected outside this morning, 9°C I hope it stays warm!

To know how they fly you need to understand aerodynamics. It's the profile of the wings, or in the case of helicopters, the profile of the rotor blades.

I'm looking forward to it. It's been a long time since I've been there. I remember the first time I took Vera there, she asked me how they stay in the air. I started to explain, I watched here eyes glaze over! :o}

I have an understanding of aerodynamics and the uplift... those engineers are genius. One can imagine Vera's eyes glazing over... when it comes to helicopters it more self evident.
