I've had some hiccups with my company since starting but even my boss said to me the other day he had been an ass.... And so I started with a 'surprise' management shift NYE which I have since been told was a set up to see how I coped under pressure and I passed lol.

lol... jno, more just a constant stream of checking the work of others, luckily we're no too busy right now so I can learn the ropes slowly. Famous last words, it'll get really busy now and I'll crash and burn lol. They can sending me on a bonding course if the like though as most of the staff are in Thailand!

I know what you mean China, but I've been doing this job for three years now [though not always with this company] and the one thing I hate is the impersonal nature of the managers, we communicate via skype and it makes us all pretty faceless, I have been on the receiving end of some right 'tongue lashings' and won't be making that mistake.
