The Flame on the wall is like the Olympic Touch. Could be Twenty Twelve from BBC 4. Anyone else think the same?
ChristinaB61....I was thinking Torchwood as it looks like it is made from wood. I hadn't heard of Twenty Twelve, but now I have googled it that would make sense. Hhhhmmm, I am torn now!!!
How about the boot...Doc Martin or This is England 88??
Dozydora666 - I am sticking with Twenty Twelve as the whole torch is the exact replica of the one used for the 2012 Olympic Team badge used in the show. See what mean about the DM boot but I am still with Doc Martin. Is it All Routes Lead to Essex or All Roads Lead to Essex, I haven't seen this show.
It's The Only Way Is Essex (or TOWIE for short).
Midnighter.... So what is the sign post to Brentwood about? I thought the badge with a cross on it, on the side of the building is the The Only Way is Essex, as this is the badge for the school. Or am I getting my Essex programmes mixed up? I'm afraid I don't watch anything with Essex in the title, being a Kentish maid myself.
Though I've not seen it, I've read enough to know that jumper is the one worn by the female detective in "The Killing"
ChristinaB61: You're getting your Essex programs mixed up. The Brentwood sign on the building on the left is TOWIE and the school badge on the builidng on the right is Educating Essex.
Not sure is reading all the posts has helped with answers or made me more confused, lol! Now have about 4 options for the scales of liberty: garrows law/the jury/ justice or Damages, what do people think? I agree that the x factor being part of the crossed lights is tenuous! The dogs is the real toughy: mad dogs or great British party? Also not sure about the flash of light being anything other than part of the frozen planet image!
Awesome, cheers
Now alot of people are suggesting the Skelton is the walking dead, but could it also be 'waking the dead' as it was the last ever series this year, which would make it a bigger occasion! Also any more ideas on the dogs?
The clock is referring to the bbc 2 show 'The Hour' :) Does anyone think that the objects in the window could be gadgets rather than jewellery... I.E Gadget Show?
I reckon we have about 40 of them but struggling with the dogs!! Also we have multiple answers for several of them! I really don't think that the searchlights indicate the X Factor though... as it was featured in last years quiz and was rlly obvious plus it's been a bit of a write off this year! No idea what 'improving upon our best' is about!?? Mum seems to think that the Fern leaf has something to do with Fernly Whittingstall program? River cottage something but I'm not sure! Any help would be greatly appreciated we're not entering the draw just doing it for fun :)

Educating Essex ( the school's motto)

I cant get the Dogs (like most people) i saw there was a program on Sky1/3 called 'Dogs in Frocks' but i couldnt really see a link to the picture.
And i think the man in the top left window might be from Spooks.
I have no clue about the thing in the sky that says 'Enjoy!'
The torch/flame could be the Olympics, However the 2012 torch is gold with tiny holes in it, and its very long. It looks nothing like the one in the picture, which is why i am disagreeing with Olympics.
Does anyone know what the programme is represented by what looks like an exploding light that's underneath Brian Cox and above Jason Donovan's Head? And has anyone got the skeleton and 3 dogs clue yet? I've got the other clues, so am happy to exchange answers. Thank you.
I'm just stuck on the dogs and the flash of light. Does anyone know what breed of dog it is? They are all the same so I guess that is significant.

I think "QI" has been perpetuated by some previous posters who know the real answer!
I have 44 answers so far, and the six i'm looking for are...

1) Red Poppy sign (Possibly The Choir: Military Wives... no?)
2) Red and White Petals
3) Dressed Up Doggies
4) Fern leaf
5) Bomb with 'Enjoy!' written on it
6) The walking skeleton (it could be The Walking Dead, but it could also be Torchwood: Miracle Day - nobody died, so everyone was in effect the living dead...no?)

There are also a few which I'm not certain on...

- The picture of Brian Cox, is it Wonders of the Universe, Wonders of the Solar System or that lecture show he did?
- The flash of light (are we sure that's even a clue?!)
- The 'Olympic Flame', I'm 95% sure it is referring to the BBC4 show 'Twenty Twelve', but I want to be 100% sure!

I think that's it!

The one's I'm 100% sure of are:
- Doctor Who
- Being Human
- Dragons Den
- South Riding
- Britains Got Talent
- Lifes Too Short
- Big Brother
- Great British Bake Off
- John Bishops Britain
- Who Do You Think You Are
- Strictly Come Dancing
- Frozen Planet
- The Shadow Line
etc...

Any help would be much appreciated!

(By the way, the 'man' peering over something behind the picture of James Nesbitt, at one stage I thought it was Lee Mack and was a clue to Lee Macks All Star Cast...then I realised I had 51 clues, and thought not!)
Some of your have been answered previously:
2) "The crimson petal and the white"
4) "Fern" (Fern Britten's Channel 4 show)
5) Bomb goes with the searchlights - "The Comic Strip Presents: The Search for Tony Blair"

Not sure what you mean by Red Poppy sign? Do you mean the Red Nose?
The 'red poppy sign' isn't a poppy but the Tudor Rose and so the answer is The Tudors, which was repeated this year.
Got all of the answers, but the little dogs one.
