Just to put 2 ins is not really a grammatical error just a typo, BUT there is a site called 'Maid in Heaven' which is all to do with weddings.

Its not advertising the name of a company, like 'Made in Heaven'.

Seems like a big typo for something like the Mail on Sunday ...
