sorry 4getmenot i didnt mean to call you ''some people'' but it enrages me when folk thingk that just because you are in your 40s you should don pipes and slippers,on a personal note i go to the gym 4 times a week i am attempting the 3 peaks challenge in june and run 3 miles a day...not a lot i know but hey i dont want to be rushed into hospital now do i?....lol
