My x partner assaulted me in May 07 and Sept 08. He was found guilty on both although he pleaded not guilty. May incident he had 40 hours community order and �300 costs. He was Charged with Common Assault. The Sept 08 he was charged with Battery and is due to be sentanced on 3 February 09. What do you think will happen to him? Also end of Nov and beginning of Dec there were a few incidents where i made statements to the police. One was trying to contact on internet and turning up outside my house when he had no need to do so.
