Nearly afternoon now isn't it!
I've just had the longest and best night's sleep in many years. Every night like that would be good! However I doubt it.
Anyway, on with the motley.
Some running around to do this morning, which may well go into this afternoon. After that it's time to get my breath back and relax.
So lets get the day under way.

Morning all just got Jen to sleep, booked her a doctors on Friday but she would not get up but we do have an appointment at local hospital on Tuesday.

had a busy day in garden yesterday so a bit pooped..this blummin' long covid restricts things..breathing is shot to bits, so having a quiet one today, taking flowers to dad and dropping off a small poppy wreath at the memorial..no ceremonies this year..
