Sunday. Some cloud lurking, but it looks like nice day on the way, I hope so anyway! I want to get a bit of work done in the front garden, it wouldn't go amiss!
The usual shoplifting and see my favourite checkout girl. After that, no idea.
Have a happy day everyone.

Whether this is the weather for the day or the dawn becoming later as we move closer into Autumn, I don't know....the lights needed though to be able to see the laptop screen and keys!
Sorry about yesterday - the phone line down (again). I phoned BT (Commercial) and was on the line for 50 minutes with them with quite a degree of haranguing that concluded with their agent saying that a manager would call me back at 8 or just after.
The bone of contention was validating who I was. The Estate have a commercial account with one of these Cloud exchanges apparently. After the last collapse, I had a BT client manager monitoring the line and occasionally calling and it did seem to have stabilised out. Part of it was also agreed with the estate property management that if it happened again, all I had to do was ring in with the name of my cottage, the estate name and my postal code and that would be it - I even had the e-mail in front of me to this effect.
They wouldn't accept it though.....so a fairly heated exchange and I got no call back - however the line came up around 8.10 so I suspect the haranguing may have worked and someone said 'let's just have a quick look at the line from our end' and took the appropriate action to get it on-line again.
Then no newspaper at all down here because of these bloody Extinction folk....not the best start to the day.
The usual sort of Sunday here probably - maybe a coffee with a friend and I shall take around one of my prized tomatoes, off my 'tree' - the other tomato plant is as big as a bush and I must have had 60 to 70 cherry ones off it already and there's that number still there on it and hopefully to ripen up.

Good morning, DTC. As you can't get your newspaper today, you might like to know that several newspapers that normally hide their content behind paywalls have removed those paywalls this weekend. e.g.
