No, I haven't. I remember what I want to remember. I forgot I said I'd buy the boy new jeans, I forget to get dinner money out for him, I am constantly leaving my works diary at home....my friends used to call me 'oh shi t, I forgot'

Long term memory is fine, short term a bit wonky at times. I'm sure most have done this... when you go into another room at home and forget what you went in there for.
