Lost Colours

I've got a Motorola moto g. Good phone. When I used it last night,all the primary colours had gone. Some of the text seems to be in the negative, and cannot recognise any photos. All of the colours are sort of pastel shade. What happened, and is it fixable ? Thank ou.

That sounds like a physical fault with the screen, which will be repairable but not cheap.
