Can anyone tell me what they think of this phrase:
"When life seems to be at its worst, look up and smile."

I haven't heard this phrase before, but it immediately brought to mind the Christine Rossetti poem which ends with:
...Better by far you should forget and smile,
Than you should remember and be sad.
