Could you help me decipher the passage below?

"Everyone was on the make,out to stitch her up, out to turn her over, pulling a blag or wanting to nonce her kids up."

Everyone was on the make = Everyone was trying to make some money
Out to stitch her up = Setting out to 'con' her out of her money
Out to turn her over = Take all her money, pull the wool over her eyes
Pulling a blag = Conning her - lying to her to trick her

or Wanting to nonce her kids up = wanting to sexually assault her children

Where on earth have you read this??
this sounds like self-conscious criminal-type slang, bartholomew, the sort of thing people say in cop shows on TV. I hope your neighbours aren't talking like this.
If this is how the working classes speak nowadays thank the Lord that I don't have to mix with them.
