morning, Tuesday already, the days are going by fast. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I have a food delivery coming between 8-9am, then a quiet day afterwards.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 15c, with light rain, though it's currently blowing a hoolie out there, not nice at all.

But, that's life sometimes.

Some days I wish I didn't.
Oh, for a sleep in, that would be bliss!

my body clock is out of whack. I keep thinking its still BST and is 5.38am - it will take some time to settle.

Since you asked.
Mushroom, asparagus, feta and baby English spinach quiche tonight, served with heat and eat chips.
Full on gourmet, as usual;-)

Vegetarian tonight, but tomorrow there will be loads of unhealthy protein.

looks good, nothing wrong with the occasional vegetarian option.

i can't help but be worried about our Canadian poster, he hasn't posted a word since having a fall weeks ago.

I love it, but I also enjoy lots of fatty juicy meat.
Just have to find a balance.

indeed you do have to find a balance, i have the occasional meat dish, but chose chicken overall.
