Thursday. A clear sky for the first day of June. Venus is shining bright. It's going to be a hot one methinks. A good day for out and about, so that's what I'll do.

Tiggy is still rootling about in the garden, he peeped out to say 'Good morning squire' when I went out there. He's enjoying himself.

Morning, boaty. I can't believe I'm the first to answer. I usually catch the end of the thread. I've been awake since 2.30. Grrr! Might try to grab a couple hours soon. Working all day, today.

We've got very different weather down here. V overcast and drizzly, but meant to brighten up later.

fine ta , lovely day here yesterday, got washing oot 'n' in dry..loads done in garden..popped out and bought a new tower fan..churches of ALDI and ASDA today, din dins at Wetherspoons...looking bit dull at the moment but hopeful it will brighten

I shall be popping into Lidl this morning. I'm waiting for them to get bread makers in again, it's about time.

light rain forecast for all of Sat and Sun here :0( ..good sort of rain for garden though..aerated grass yesterday so will put feed down tomorrow night and it will water in nicely by itself

That looks lovely minty. I don't regret getting rid of the grass years ago. The problem is that the weeds haven't cottoned on to the idea that they are not supposed to grow in the gravel!

I use mine too. Makes it so much easier.
