Sorry, is this a quiz question (or two)- I don't get the 3,3 reference. Where does the quote end?
Welcome to AB but i'm sorry I'm lost there.

Could you retype your questions and tell us what it is you are looking for please
I googled just part of it ("covered all in blanco") and drew a blank
It's the RAF version of "Green Grow The Rushes O", partly remembered by Denis567 here

Thanks. Seems I googled the the only bit that wasn't in that entry!
Another version here, seems as said it varies.

I've just found another brief reference to the verse. I won't give a link here because it' 'timed out' dozens of times before I found a 'saved version' of the page - and even then it only gives a few lines (most of which have already been quoted).

However it does revise the 'One' line from Denis567's version to this one:
"One is just an AC2 and ever more shall be so".

The reference was in a letter sent to the magazine of the RAF Yatesbury Association five years ago and cites the song as being recalled from the correspondent's days of "square bashing at Wilmslow in 1959", which might help to date it.
Well, I can add a little..

8 for the 8 weeks training
7
6
5 for the parts of the LMG
4 for the squadron markers

One verse was 'for the blankets on your bed', and that was either 6 or 3 but I too think 3 was for the rooooyal airforce

I'm surprised I has died out and not part of current RAF life.
Just came to me... 7 for the 7 weeks jankers
