Morning. My new best friend is coming to live with me today so have to get organised. Mr dishwasher should be here anytime after 7 :) NO MORE WASHING UP!!!

Lol. No my new best friend is the dishwasher!!!!! You'd be amazed at how much washing up 2 adults, 4 cats and a part time teenager create. And of course none of the others ever do it. I decided to leave it a few weeks back to see if anyone else would do it. They didn't and then complained we had run out of plates!!!!

Morning all, this the first day of Autumn.....

You haven't trained them right barmaid. Our boys did the washing up from a fairly early age, (under supervision). They took it in turns to wash and wipe. They also helped in other jobs around the house to earn their pocket money. No work, no pay. They are now married and their wives are delighted that they help around the house and garden, Their children are being brought up the same way.

Morning hans. Same here. Mind you the kitchen is my domain, so as well as the cooking I did the washing up, but my wife used to do the drying and putting away.

Sorry not being rude hans and paddy. You weren't there. Hans my grandad always says his dishwasher cost him 7 and 6 68 years ago when he married my grandmother! !
