had card 3 years sent off this month for replacement,have severe copd -heart failiure irregular heartbeart low blood pressure sent off these detailswith names of medical staff plus 4pages of prescription need wheelchair so need blue badge-especially hospital appointments .i have been refused iam furious to say the least any suggestions?

My husbands health is very similar and he got his with no trouble. I would go to your GP and tell him .And then appeal. That is disgusting.
