The best one my OH saw when she was Sister in charge of the %%% unit at Norfolk & Norwich Hospital was a gent with a plumbing part stuck on his P&&&s, which was being removed by a large Fireman in full call-out gear using an Angle grinder, with just a small piece of copper to protect him from the cutting blade.
Makes me go cold thinking about it.
