Biggest Difference Between Men And Women...??

I dont want to start any sexist debates. I am wondering, given the vast life experiences we can bring to this to this site, what are the undeniable differences between men and women in your opinion? Ok, I realise there is going to be atemptation to be humorous, I guess thats fine with me!!

Hopefully this practice is dying out now, but my dad, who was typical of his generation, used to tell me that women are impossible to understand.
As an adult, i realise that a young man armed with that advice will simply use it as an excuse not to try and understand women - they are some unfathomable foreign species, so shrug your shoulders and let them get on with it.
That sort of attitude creates barriers where none need be - and one of the biggest differences between men and women is that women, as a rule, do not appear to think like that.
Women are intuitive, and open, and comfortable talking things over - men are none of these things.
When a woman wants to talk about an issue, she wants to talk to someone who will listen - like another woman - while she orders her thoughts out loud, and then arrives at a decision.
A man will give her an instant 'solution' and return to watching the TV, unaware that his response is not at all what is required.
I find the way woman think and communicate fascinating, and always have. I used to work in an office as the only man with twenty-three women, and my opinion as the 'token man' was regularly sought, and given.
I also discovered another misconception that men have about women - men think that when they go out on the lash as a grgoup, they are loud, brash, and filthy - they are not even beginners compared with a group of women!
More men will be attracted to a woman for her looks, more men wil be attracted to a man for his personality - which is just as well for men like me who were not, shall we say, sprayed with evolution's cologne!
