is there anything I can do like claim money, sue Tesco for selling something that doesn't have what it should inside of it?

take it back and complain!
Just take it back with the receipt and complain. Do it straight away. I doubt you can sue them, just ask them for a replacement.
What money do you want to claim?

Was it traumatic?
just take it back. What's with all this sue business?
I bought one of their cherry pies yesterday (yes, Fluffy! :)), from their bakery and when I went to slice it the whole base was uncooked dough. Bleurgh. Emailed them today and they phoned me within 10 minutes. I missed the call, but they're going to try again...

it was quite traumatising, and I want to milk this for all its worth, not being a cheapskate but I didn't have to place my faith in Tesco's I could have carried on driving and gone to Morrisons or Asda's but I didn't part of my spirit has been broken.

and that was my lunch,
Grrrr
why would you want to claim money apart from a refund? manufacturing errors do occur occasionally, tesco have not knowingly sold you a disfunctional tikka slice...
"it was quite traumatising"

In what way?
i remember taking a peking duck meal back to tescos as it had the hoi -sin suace missing, they replaced it an refunded my money

Don't be ridiculous, there is no milking to be done - it's just a mistake in their pie-filling machine. Just go to the shop with the receipt and the remains of the slice, go to the customer service desk, show them, and ask for a replacement. You've suffered no trauma or injury, just a bit of inconvenience. Big deal. They'll replace it, might give you two. No story here worth taking to the press or making a fuss about.

In all fairness...gaspanic only mentioned trauma after I did.

You should rejoice at being spared a second helping of the devil's food.
