Yeah Mon ! :-)
I have a soft spot for Jamaicans ever since my visit there... and especially since seeing Speedo Steve sauntering across the sand. Big Bamboo-ey... ;-)
Oh duh, got it now....

You just can get him outta your mind, can you, Salla? ;-)
It wasn't my mind I wanted him in NoM..... trouble was, I was on my honeymoon so it would have been a bit disrespectful....

I booked to go to Jamaica, but changed it to the Bahamas instead.

I still fancy going to Dunn's River.
There was also Caspar who spent 12 hours a day sweeping up sand - the monotony of which was broken by hiding behind a palm tree for a stoke up of his Ganja, and Albert who must have been at least 117 and made sunhats for the tourists out of palm leaves. And the maid who I gave my wedding shoes to, that I thought were trashed & she is probably still swanning & swirling around in today. Happy days. While they lasted. :-(
You must go to Jamaica one day nomercy!!!

Negril is fantastic and Dunns River well, it took 3 men to carry me up!!!!

Yeah man!
can you do this with a beer can?

I managed Dunns River Falls, without stopping. My GOd, don't think I could do that today... they'd be carrying me off with an oxygen tank and a stretcher.

but, maybe again one day... wishful thinking.

I stayed in a place called Runaway Bay, north of the island between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. I could runaway there again tomorrow...
Runaway Bay is great too.

Not too many tourists.

OOh I fancy an ice cold rum punch now!
mmmm, a banana daquiri - with Speedo Steve rubbing oil on my thighs...

J'adore rum punch !

I've seen Runaway Bay... it looks lovely.

I was booked to go to Coco Reef in Tobago in May 2005, and I'd upgraded us to fly first class going there, but had to cancel to attend an inquest. I will definitely rebook it one day.
I remember it being told in a geordie accent, a can of budweiser in two slices of bread, I certainly laughed my a**e off.
