the people who are saying they should open. to be honest i dont think it will be long before they are open on christmas day
My local Morrisons is closed Xmas Day and Boxing Day.....re-open Sunday.
My Shell Garage round the corner is open Xmas Day...greedy sods
Many shops have opened on Boxing Day for several years now,why should this one be any different? I really can't see what the problem is,if you don't need to go shopping then why is it bothering you?
shops will only open if there is the demand, which there obviously is
Gina not all people especially the old and the poor with small fridges and limited food space to store 1 montchs worth of food so if they can go out at any time to get whatever they need surely this is convinient for them, so as christmas is a time for sharing let us give them more opening hours BY JINGO!
Yeah - just stay away gina.
Avoid the sweaty frantic crowds & stay at home with a hot toddy & a jolly good book.

ive never known large supermarkets open on boxing day before. it doesnt bother me as such i just think its greed, they are open all year round, cept easter and if you cant go without for 1 day then its a poor look out
depends on how some people survive on their budgets. As Jingo says, not everyone can store enough food for a small siege.
BY JINGO theres a recession and a lot of business's have lost money if they can get some of it back and keep their customers happy and loyal to them then why does it anger you so much?
