3 or 4 times a week....and i normally write down the ones that stick in my head...have kept a dream diary for over 20 years. I find them very helpful. Freud called dreams 'The royal road to the unconscious'.. :-)

Are they Recurring Dreams or different ones 20?

Stompe...mostly different ones, but some have recurring themes, and people, Sometimes i draw them as well...this is also a good way to figure out what the dream is trying to tell you.
