I'm so very cold !!!! What can I do to get warm , any clean
ideas ? I am so close to the fire I could ignite and still feel cold .:o) xxx

Try a hot drink. That normally makes me feel a bit warmer.

I'm feeling cold as well BM. My feet are always cold. Does this mean I've got bad circulation?

Hi Mamma, are you warm yet? Eating something when cold would 'activate' or 'rev-up' the bodys' metabolism and cause the body to generate heat.

Hot drink and a cosy blanket, never fails. Ive actually just woken up after falling asleep on the sofa with a blanket over me. The heating is now on and I woke up sweating! Now got the door open to try and cool off lol

Does anyone have snow? we have snow and its blooming parky out, not so warm in either! Hot drink is the order of the day bigmamma or maybe a wee hot toddy!

Actually I was just thinking, the only time I never really feel the cold is when Im pregnant. Try stuffing a pillow up your jumper! lol

Snuggle up with the dawgy under a big yummy cosy wooly blanket.
A big cup of hot tea/chocolate/coffee.... chocolate or coffee made with cream as well as milk.....
Think huge snuggly thoughts and smile :D xxx

I can't get warm today either - my son tells me it's because I'm getting old! I have snuggled up with my "granny shawl" round my shoulders and just had a nice warm drink.
