My fairly new bath seems very slippery, I am not a fan of Bath mats but safety first, can anyone recommend a good grip one.

JML products can be over-hyped.  They can also be rather pricey for what they are.  However, having said that, their Hydro Wonder shower mats get really good reviews across many websites (with many people commenting on the good grip).  The smaller (small doormat-sized) one costs £14.99, with a larger size one costing a tenner more.

They're sold in Boots, Dunelm, B&Q, The Range, etc, as well as online from JML Direct.

Hype here:

I'm a cheapskate and bought mine from Home Bargains. Much cheapness and does an excellent job. I've to be carefull following two hip replacements.

Is it the bath or the floor thats is slippy fruitsalad?

If its the bath - I bought one with suckers on the bottom from amazon for about £7 and its grand  - ~~I  just pull it up every time we use the shower to let it dry of and hang it over the end of the bath.

Thanks guys, it's the bath that's slippery Rh

We recently bought one of the mats that B refers to - love it !! Best mat we've ever had. However I must add that we only use it in a shower - don't think it would be very comfortable to sit on in the bath !! Hope this helps.
