only thing planned for today is a phone call from my friend in NI this morning, after that maybe a trip to pick up a prescription for some painkillers, which the doctor suggests might help my knee problem.

i have got my results back from MRI scan looks like i have a serious knee tear, which is causing all the pain, no idea where i go from here, whether it means surgery or not.
