Depends on what sort of programme is 'your bag', Sherrard?
I can never remember what I've watched on Netflix or Amazon. I think 'Life in Pieces' is on Amazon if you haven't watched it.
Question Author
Comedy, medical dramas, rom com, nothing too heavy.

We’ve got a Netflix but I’ve given the slots to the kids and I’ve only ordered a fire stick because I don’t like watching on my tablet (and it means I can’t play mindless, childish games at the same time as watching).
There are games on the Firestick.

Not my bag at all, Sherrard, soz. Comedy is subjective, the only medical drama I can stomach these days is House and I abhor rom-coms:-(. I like crime dramas and have just finished watching the fifth season of Bosch, having read many of the books. Think you may need to do what I regularly do. When you've an hour or so to spare - and we nearly all have a few of those each day at the moment - choose a series, play the trailer and watch the first 15 - 20 mins of Episode One.
I love Bosch...
Question Author
I like crime drama too so will have a look at Bosch.
For medical dramas I absolutely love The Good Doctor, 3 series so far I think.
New Amsterdam - Hospital drama
Bosch - Superior police drama.
Life in Pieces - Very funny
The Marvellous Mrs Maisel - Very funny
" I’ve only ordered a fire stick because I don’t like watching on my tablet " - have you got a smart TV? Sky? virgin? if so you can watch netflix on your main tv.
As I said, I've read many of the Bosch stories and, unlike Tom Cruise and Jack Reacher, the guy who plays Harry Bosch, Titus Welliver, is just how I imagined him when reading the books.
Haven't watched it myself yet, but "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" keeps getting rave reviews.

I don’t think it’s a smart tv, have Sky, could watch Netflix through the Xbox but the controller does my head in (have Sky because it’s not too expensive as part of our broadband/tv package, Amazon prime because that’s Uber cheap and I share amazon family with boy #1 and Netflix for the duration of this lockdown (and even then I think it’s quite good value at £12 a month for 4 people to watch at the same time)).
TTT...only if there is a free account. If other people are using the account it won't let you log in. I have 5 people set up but only 4 can watch at the same time.
umm I am aware of that but if he's paying he can use one of the logins.
sharrard: if you have a netflix account you are paying subs for then use one of the logins via sky. You can have 5 devices. You can access netflix on sky (SkyQ box) via apps under the left hand menu. Press home then down to apps and select netflix and login.
outlander go to Kodi and tv shows then trending
does you sky screen look like this:

TTT, I have an older Sky box. I’m letting the kids have the Netflix log ins as they are being particularly good about the current situation and they’re more than pulling their weight around the house while I go to work.
we've just started watching Ancient Discoveries just for a change of pace.

Am glad to read the good reviews of Bosch, enjoyed the books and was worried main character wouldn't be as true to the book (Reacher and Tom Cruise being the first to spring to mind)
