Just wondering if the A14 roadworks are still ongoing and whether roads like the M6 and M25 are seeing a reduction in volume of traffic during the crisis? As I've not had the radio on I've not heard any traffic news for the past couple of weeks.

Motorways and major trunk roads (including the A14) come under Highways England. Their website states "It is important that we continue to invest in the country’s infrastructure, so construction and maintenance schemes continue to go ahead".

Other roads come under county councils, where policies may differ. For example, here's the position in Cambridgeshire:

Interesting, just thought it would be an excellent opportunity for the major roadworks on the A14 to near completion on time or ahead of schedule as it has for the previous sections already completed.
