Friday. A fairly clear sky this morning, a bit of breeze, which is a lot colder. I hope it warms up a bit.

Only one meeting today, no doubt a wee dram or six will be imbibed, so it's lucky I'm being picked up! :o}

Not too bad thanks, a couple of cooler nights have helped a bit, unfortunately the dogs get the fidgets a bit when it's warm and of course we can't sleep through that !! At least no one could break into our place without us knowing :)

Morning All - flying visit this morning. Spitting with rain here in N W Wales when I drove in to work but a 'deluge' expected later, apparently.....oh, bliss............

fine ta..went to optician yesterday.seems I need specs for telly different to reading ..so have 4 pairs on order ..spares for both...gawd how will I remember what's what ? got a load of shopping in that's the freezer ram jam full again...going oot later ..meeting up with friends at the Garden centre restaurant for afternoon tea....lovely scones with cream and jam etc...so a wee wee dinner later on...lots of nice shops in the complex so will have a poodle..get some hand cream from Arran Aromatics..use loads of the stuff as my hands seem to be forever in water ! their products are high in lanolin ..quite expensive but well worth it..I also have funny skin which doesn't like highly perfumed things and it fits that bill too...will need to put a wash on first ..hang up indoors as raining...:0(

Dampen my spirits? Not a chance, Boaty...not a chance - 'tis Friday and I have a fab weekend lined up ahead of me before my birthday next week although Tuesday will be somewhat subdued as I remember the passing of someone very dear......
