Friday. Well the wind has died down a lot, so I'll be putting the bins and everything else that went walkabout back in place, that's a good part of the morning sorted!

A lot cooler this morning, 4.2°C. A big drop from yesterday. Still overcast.

No meetings today. I'll take a wee trip to Wotton-under-Edge to my favourite wee shop.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning, WBM. I've never been to Wootton.

Morning gl and NM xxx

It's a lovely wee market town right under the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment, hence it's name.

The main shopping street is right out of history, one way traffic, lots of wee shops including four bakeries, all of whom do a roaring trade as each has it's own specialities. my favourite is an organic food shop. It's always busy.
That sounds so idyllic. I might think about a Saturday day trip there xxx

I'm sure you'll love it NM. Let me know and we could have a coffee. It has the oldest cinema in the country too, and an internationally renown auction house in an old Methodist chapel.
G'marnin' moi luvlees!

Is he singin'? Always thought he must have very tight trousers to hit those incredibly high notes!
Question Author
Yes, if he's got anything in the trousers! ;o}
He was a real heart-throb in the day. Wonder what he looks like now? Last time I saw him was in a skit on country markets, being expensive, by Armstrong & Miller. It was very funny, as they obviously couldn't find a rhyme for market, except for Harcket, and there he was on one of the stalls! Must be a good sport to do it, I suppose, but then perhaps he was paid well?!

Question Author
No wind and the sky is clear, just some whispy cloud along the hilltop.
That's a lot better! Oh dear, I thought BJ would keep you company whilst I was gone. Never mind!
Don't know if this will work, but A-ha! (pun intended), Eureka!
