Following on from other posts. We have been looking at other providers. Has anyone tried Pop Telecom. Prices seem OK, customer services in UK, but seem to be bits and pieces re add ones not sure of.
Thanks for any help.

My uncle is with Utility Warehouse, we're with BT
POP Telecom has a mixture of excellent reviews and lousy ones!

Have a look at Plusnet.
They are good.

Looked at some providers, they ask things like how many filters do you want.
I already have filters from Talk Talk, would I have to scrap these and buy from new provider. Or would TT filters work with every provider.
I have no idea about filters.
Surely it is best if the provider provides exactly what you need?
I would not know about filters and would expect them to tell me, not the other way round.
Phone Plusnet for a chat, Caran....I agree with Pete......they are so good to deal with....x
Filters are filters, they are not tied to a particular provider.
We are with Plusnet, they are very good ad helpful.
They are, Marval...have you had dealings with Ian from Plusnet....Oooooo it's worth having a query just to hear his voice........♥
I haven't Gness, OH usually talks to them.

Plusnet are BT though
///On 30 January 2007 Plusnet was acquired by BT Group, but it continues to operate as a separate business/// Wiki
But they operate in a very different way, Baldric.......for starters they listen!......x

Fair enough, but I've not had problems with BT other than when half the Country was cut off a few days ago
I had so much trouble with BT, Baldric.....but it was very different when I got my brother to speak on my behalf...wasn't having that.....

Virgin was a pain......they lied to me and left me without a landline for, they said, possibly a year....

Plusnet has been a dream to deal with......x

Will investigate tomorrow. We missed a parcel delivery today that may be the router. Have to collect it in the morning. Then we can see what the problem is.
Thanks for all very helpful info.
