Saturday. The weekend is here again. None of the promised rain at all. So I'll have to water the garden later.

Tiggy was out for some time last night, doing his job before seeing off his supper. H went to hos other garden for about an hour, then came back and went for a look out the front to see if there any slugs or snails to deal with, then round to the back for a tour of inspection. he went off to bed about two hours ago.

I'm a bit tired but no point laying in bed if you can't sleep.

I agree. Much better to be doing something until the point where it's worth another go. Never a good thing though. any particular reason?

Not really (maybe went to bed too early) It's always the right time to stick on some earphones and listen to music though, so alls good.

Indeed it is. I predict a snooze on the settee or something later. Some

Cheers Boaty, it's a muggy one this morning. Will have to water garden later too but first off to to MIL's garden, quick lunch break, then off the do a bit in her allotment (she's still got a dodgy foot from the stroke earlier this year, but always seems a bit better after a bit of exercise). The hound is chief digger-upper today

peas..where were you when I needed a second in command digger ? lol..finished lifting turf yesterday, transplanted 3 large Hebes, sheeted ready for 53 alpines to go in..not today....up to mum and dad this morning to clear a shed ready for demolition...
