In Answerbank here - if someone's last posting was say 13 Sept 2013 but active - does that mean that person is still looking in.

Only if they have logged out, then they could be looking every day but if they are logged in then no they have not been looking since 13 Sept - but you have no way of knowing which it is.

I think it means they are still a member and not suspended, banned, or self-de activated

And the time of last activity denotes when someone was last logged in, not when they last posted anything.

And if they are logged in but haven't opened AB their status won't be updated.

Last activity is when you last logged in, you don't have to post.
