Sorry if it wasn't you but could you give me the measurement of how to measure correctly from Two Chicks egg white.

I think I suggested you used a measuring jug.

Not entirely sure what it is you are asking but 40ml of egg white is equivalent to one egg white so if making meringue you'd add 25g of sugar.

I thought you'd already made a meringue though so not confident I have given you the info you are after.

Eccles maybe it wasn't you but some poster gave me a link re the Two Chicks.

Yes I made 2 pavlovas last week - they turned out lovely but the link was a god-send.

Why don't you go back through your old posts and find the link or Google the Two Chicks website and find what it is you are looking for.

Without knowing what your actual question is it is difficult to answer! What are you trying to achieve? Surely by looking at the two chicks website you will get some guidance for what ever recipe you are trying to make?
