I don't know what others think, but I just think it's so WRONG:

In a nutshell, Andrew Flintoff was already on 9 points when he was caught speeding in his Bentley.
JPs accepted a ban would amount to exceptional hardship because of the effect on others who rely on his extensive charity work and the privacy of his three children.

I wonder if I could use a similar excuse if I was in danger of getting banned ??

I agree Gizmonster.......totally wrong.

A speeding "charity worker" is just as big a danger speeding on the roads as a normal person.

Also AF is known for his excessive drinking habits.

I thought it might have been mentioned before, as this is a few days old now.

I trust the neighbours were impressed by the way their Council Tax was being spent!
There are lots of people being let off driving bans due to exceptional circumstances, its not just the rich and famous, you just don't get to hear about the ones that are not famous!
Probably down to his slick defence lawyer !
Was he caught not out then ,well I'm stumped I say I'm stumped all over again ,is this all true man ,that's wicket ,was he bailed out wel I'm bowled over did the judge make a slip .Im exhausted hope this is not silly .
