One reason I don't 'do' friends. Every time in the past I've confided in someone who purported to be my friend its been thrown back in my face. I have lots of 'acquaintances' and am quite social, but when I'm subjected to these acquaintances gossiping and telling all and sundry about their so called friends I'm glad I'm jenny no mates!

My retail unit is open plan and next to a cafe. You would not believe some of the conversations I overhear including one set of friends having coffee , one of which it later turned out was having an affair with the others hubby. When the poor girl left ( doing the kiss kiss thing) the others did a verbal post-mortem on why her husband was having this affair!

I got rid of a so called 'friend' because she would often *** people off as they left and It got me thinking she must do it about me too. And later I found out she did, so glad shes not in my life anymore.
