Friday. This 'ere poota is still playing silly games. So if I disappear that is the reason. Some gremlins got in yesterday and I had to get me big 'ammer out. I sqattalised most of 'em, but a few are still lurking. I think grandson is going to have to be asked to bring his big 'ammer. :o{

This is the fourth attempt to post. GRRRRRRRR!!!

I was out early this morning so most of the usual suspects were still out and about on their night's work. I did hear a couple of owls having a chat though. A sound I always love to hear. Clear sky at the front, (eastward), black clouds out the back, (westward). A bit of a hint it's going to be a tad soggy later. Oh well; can't do anything about that can we.

Morning Boaty - been raining here this morning. Been awake half the night listening to the rain and the other sounds of the night - a couple of owls, a kiddie crying, next door but one getting all religious, and some tin pot pudding of a chav driving through the village with his stereo on full blast trying to awaken the dead at the churchyard.

Morning Peas - wish I was going to Wad with you - love open days. 14 Sqn used to visit Valley on Anglesey (where I was based) with their Phantoms and Jaguars quite regularly to do their missile training. You always knew when 14 Sqn were on base.........work hard, play harder!!

Yup, love the atmosphere at the shows - normally go down to RIAT, but am paintballing the same weekend so have decided on Wad instead as it's a week earlier.
