lol loads of carnivals and special days across birmingham are cancelled, but a few are not, maybe yours is one of them

No idea, a local Christmas festival was cancelled due to snow the other year. We'd had 1/2" and I thought it would have made it look all 'Winter Wonderland' but the committee decided it was too risky!
