He was actually mooning at his friend who was fixing the wall in his girlfriend's front garden. Why should he be threatened with prison for that. If it were some other sort of parade that happened to be passing by he would not be in so much trouble.
Question Author
he says that daffy, unless the friend can substantiate this?
there are kids there, no matter what type of parade it was

But he only mooned Bobbi, its not like it was a full frontal flash. I just think the judges are trying to make examples of these lads for all the wrong reasons.
he was in his own house. he has also written a formal letter of apology to the british legion.

if i walk round my front room naked and some old biddy spies me knackers through the window, should i have the book thrown at me as well ?
Question Author

then she should be done for looking in your window Ankou, Oberour ar Maro, Collector of Souls

it wouldn't be accidental either, she would have to make sure she had her binoculars at the ready which would imply premeditation.
It wouldn't bother me at all to see something like a bloke's hairy backside,I wouldn't care if my son or grandsons saw it either. It was a bit of a laugh on the part of the lad.He was not being malicious.
You see worse sights on the beach every day in the summer anyway.
Here's No-know mooning around his garden!........For Funks Sake!

Hiya Boobi's, again, lovely Daffy and Ankou, Oberour ar Maro, Collector of Souls :0)
^^^^^ LOL....collector of what??????^^^^^^^
As much as I despise 'mooners' and associate mooning with low intellect, I can't see it as an imprisonable offense. Who reported it, or was caught in the act by a CSO with nothing better to do!!
I see Ankou, Oberour ar Maro, Collector of Souls has been given the AB special name treatment :-)
Hi yogi :-)
<waves>
well i am special. it says so on the bus that brings me here.
Question Author
I think it was the RBL who reported it Lottie
Question Author
that was greattttttttt
yogi..LOL
Personally,I don't think mooning is an imprisonable oiffence,and I don't think it's offensive either.
My wife Elsie now wants to go to Rotheram.
I asked what was wrong with MY mooning, and all she said was this guys @rse is 50 years younger! LOL
Well, I think it would have been more dignified to have ignored it.
