I don't really do chocolate, Cath. I live mostly on fruit, veg, wholegrains and fish, but I do love a glass of wine, and drink too much tea and coffee, hence my need for a detox...

I'm off to Bournmouth on Saturday so my detox will be starting when I get back. The sea air and fish & chips go very well together.

Thanks NM, I'm sure I will. Not quite sure what the weather is going to be like but there are lots of things to do. Is it Boscombe beach that is sandy? I can't remember now.

NoM got to admit I've cut down on my alcohol and only drink coffee now if I go out for a meal but it's so much easier n the summer as I drink loads of water.

I do love chocolate but it's got to be Green and Blacks dark and 2 squares is enough. Don't eat it every week or anything and have a thing for maltesers.....

Its raining down in South London at the moment. there were a few claps of thunder as well a few minutes ago. Hope its not like this in Bournmouth! Lol
