We were just talking about this in the office! I reckon it's princess Beatrice. There was a picture of her at some fashion show and she looked coked out of her mind. If it had been Kate Moss or anybody the paper it was on the front page of woudl totally have made allegations but I think she got away with it because her mad mother was in the same pic.
