Does anyone know the name of the drug that was used to execute Timothy McVeigh (the Oklahoma bomber), and where can I find details of the effects of it?

He was given three injections: the first was sodium thiopental, a muscle-relaxant, then pancuronium bromide which collapses the diaphragm and lungs, then potassium chloride to stop the heart.
