So, at last they have admitted that these were terrorist attacks after all.

But if they weren't the Usual Suspects, ie various Muslims nastys, then who were the attackers ?

Could it be that home-grown terrorists are involved, along the lines of Timothy McVeigh ?

They already knew they were bombs whilst saying that they weren't terrorist related. I assumed they meant no established terrorist group or something. It seemed a strange statement at the time.
